I’m really let down by the service I’ve gotten. I placed my order on October 25th, and it’s still not here. I’ve reached out to the team multiple times, and their responses have taken ages. They told me I’d get an update on December 2nd, but I haven’t heard a peep since. I’ve tried emailing customer service, using the chat feature, and even messaging on Instagram, but still no response!
